  • However, once the sealed packaging is opened, the item is non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

  • We cannot accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference once opened.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will arrange a replacement.
